The client has 30 days to return an item after delivery.
A return will only be accepted if the items respect these requirements:
- The A.S.98 shoe box cannot be damaged or modified. If the A.S.98 box or product is received damaged, an extra fee will be charged.
- All items that were inside the box must be sent back. This includes the A.S.98 item. The white cloth, and both quality control + brand description papers found within the box.
-A.S.98 item cannot be worn, or damaged.
A refund will only be issued if all of the above requirements are met AND only if the product was bought at full price. If the product was purchased at a discounted rate, you will only be able to return it for an exchange or store credit.
