    1. Free Shipping within Canada:
    - We offer free shipping on all orders of $250 or more within Canada***.
    - This free shipping option applies to standard shipping only.

    2. Express Shipping within Canada:
    - If you choose express shipping for your order within Canada, the additional charges will be incurred by the customer.
    - The exact cost for express shipping will be calculated at the checkout page.

    3. Shipping Timeframes:
    - For orders within Canada, you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days after it has been dispatched.
    - Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the shipping address and other external factors beyond our control.

    4. International Shipping:
    - For international orders, shipping charges shall be paid by the customer.
    - The exact shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page based on the destination and package weight.

    Returns and Refunds Policy

    At A.S.98, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a returns and refunds policy to ensure a smooth and convenient experience. Please review the following information regarding returns and refunds:

    1. Return and Exchange Eligibility :

    • You have up to 14 days from the date of receival of the product to request a return or refund.
    • If more than 14 days have passed since the date of receival, unfortunately, you are not eligible for a return or refund.
    • The above conditions are applicable to all scenarios listed below.

     

    2. Product Condition :

    • The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is returned damaged due to transport or wear, an additional $30.00 fee per product will be deducted from the refund. 
    • It must be returned with the original box and packaging.
    • If the product is not returned in the same box, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from the refund or exchange for each product. 


    3. Damaged or Defective Products :

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
    • A.S.98 will cover any additional shipping costs required to return the damaged or defective item.


    4. Sizing or Preference Issues :

    • If the reason for return is a sizing or preference issue (e.g., doesn't fit or not as expected), any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
    • A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged per item for returns.

     

    5. Exchanges :

    • Full priced items : A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged. No additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer. 
    • Sale Items : A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged. Any additional shipping costs will be covered by the customer. 


    5. Final Sale Items :

    • Please note that any item that is marked as on sale is FINAL SALE and does not qualify for a refund.
    • If an item is listed at full price and a discount code of 20% or more is applied at check out, the order is considered final sale


    6. Return Authorization :

    • To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@as98.ca.
    • Please include your order# and your reason for your return/refund request in your original email.
    • All returns and refunds must be authorized by A.S.98 before shipping the product back.
    • If a product is returned without prior authorization, it will be declined upon arrival at our facility and a refund will not be issued.


    7. Return Process :

    • Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
    • Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.


    8. Refund Processing :

    • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
    • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    • Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

    9. Store Credit Policy :

    • Issuance of Store Credit:
      • Store credit may be issued as a result of a return, exchange, or special promotion.
      • Your store credit is linked directly to your account on our online store and can only be used on purchases made through our website.
    • Applying Store Credit:
      • When you are ready to checkout, log in to your account using the email address associated with your store credit.
      • On the payment page during checkout, you will see an option to apply your store credit, under "Payment method". You must then select "Add store credit".
      • If the total purchase amount exceeds your store credit balance, you will need to pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
      • If the total purchase amount is less than your store credit balance, the remaining store credit will be available for future purchases.
    • Store Credit Expiry:
      • Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
    • Non-Transferable:
      • Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder to whom the credit was issued.
      • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Refunds on Purchases Made with Store Credit:
      • If you return an item that was purchased using store credit, the refund will be issued back as store credit.
