Where are your products made?
All A.S.98 products are handcrafted in Verona, Italy using premium full-grain leather. From cutting to stitching, each step reflects Italian artistry and attention to detail.
Are your products comfortable?
Absolutely. Our footwear is designed for all-day wear with cushioned footbeds, soft, breathable leather linings & ergonomic support.
Many customers say they feel comfortable right out of the box, with no break-in period required.
How long will they last?
With proper care, your A.S.98s can last for years. Many customers report wearing their pairs for five or more seasons and counting. Our leathers age beautifully, developing a one-of-a-kind patina over time.
What size should I order?
We offer European sizing, typically EU 36–42 for women and EU 40–46 for men. Size charts are available on each product page. All of our footwear runs true to size. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.
How do I care for A.S.98 leather?
Keep your shoes looking their best by wiping them with a soft damp cloth, conditioning them monthly, and storing them in a cool, dry space.
Avoid exposing them to water or intense sun. If they need deeper care, we recommend a professional cobbler familiar with fine leathers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping Canada-wide with no minimum. Standard delivery takes about five to ten business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for sizing. Canadian customers receive one free even exchange per order on full-price items; other returns are subject to the prepaid return-label cost and a $15 CAD processing fee (waived if you choose store credit). Email us at customersupport@as98.ca — and don’t worry if we take a few days to reply: the date you contact us is the date we use for the return window.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Full-price items and items discounted under 20% may be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items discounted 20%–39% may be exchanged or returned for store credit but are not eligible for a refund. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
For eligible Canadian returns we provide a prepaid return label. For a refund, the label cost and a $15 CAD processing fee (once per order, not per item) are deducted; choose store credit and the processing fee is waived — you receive the full item value back. Canadian customers also get one free even exchange per order on full-price items. U.S. orders follow the same eligibility and carry a flat $45 USD return processing fee per order.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original A.S.98 box. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll cover all costs. Returns are inspected within 5 business days of arrival; store credit and exchanges are released within 2 business days of inspection, while refunds to your original payment may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Response times: our customer support team may take up to 5 business days to reply. Please don’t worry — the date you contact us is the date we use to determine whether your request falls within the return window, so reaching out on time is what counts.
