We cover duties and tariffs on U.S. orders—so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no unexpected fees at delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to cross-border processing.

U.S. orders follow the same return and exchange eligibility outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a damaged or defective item, in which case we will take care of it.
All U.S. returns are shipped back to Canada.

Customer service response times: Our support team may take up to 5 business days to respond. Don’t worry — the date you contact us is the date we use to determine whether your request falls within the 14-day return window, even if our reply arrives later. U.S. returns and exchanges are subject to a flat $45 USD return processing fee per order.
