You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order to open a return request. After 7 days we unfortunately can’t accept the item.

3 | Condition of returned goods

Footwear must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original A.S.98 box and packing.

If shoes show wear or arrive without their original box we charge a $10 restocking fee per pair. Excessive wear or damage may void the return entirely.

We always email a pre-paid label so you don’t have to stand in line; costs (if any) are simply deducted from your refund or added to your store-credit balance.
5 | Damaged or defective items
If we made a mistake—or your shoes arrive damaged—email us within 7 days. We’ll cover all shipping costs and either exchange or refund at your choice.
6 | How to start a return
- Email customersupport@as98.ca with your order #, the item(s) you’d like to send back, and whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- If you already have an as98.ca account, you can request the return in the orders portal. We recommend creating an account before placing your order.
- Wait for our authorization email (your RMA) and pre-paid label. Returns without prior authorization will be refused at the warehouse.

Returns are inspected within 5 business days of arrival.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method immediately after inspection; your bank or card issuer may take 2 -10 days to post the credit.

Exchanges and store-credit codes are sent out as soon as the return passes inspection.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free within Canada. Standard delivery takes between five to ten business days depending on your location.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange due to sizing. Standard return policy applies, including restocking and return shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. A $10 restocking fee applies, and return shipping will be provided by A.S.98 at the customers expense. Final sale items are non-returnable but can be exchanged for another item or store credit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return and make it right.
