A.S.98 Canada — Return & Refund Policy

1 | Return window

You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order to open a return request. After 7 days we unfortunately can’t accept the item.

2 | Your options

3 | Condition of returned goods

Footwear must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original A.S.98 box and packaging.

If shoes show wear or arrive without their original box we charge a $10 restocking fee per pair. Excessive wear or damage may void the return entirely.

4 | Shipping & Fees

Restocking Fee (applies to every return)

There is a minimum restocking fee of $25.00 per order.
The fee charged will always be the greater of:

• $25.00 per order, or

• $15.00 per item

This covers basic shipping and handling costs associated with returns.

Return Shipping & Outcomes

We always email a pre-paid return label so you don’t need to wait in line at a courier.
Any shipping cost (if applicable) is automatically deducted from your refund or reflected in your store-credit balance.

5 | Damaged or defective items

If we made a mistake—or your shoes arrive damaged—email us within 7 days. We’ll cover all shipping costs and either exchange or refund based on your preference.

6 | How to start a return

Email customersupport@as98.ca with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to send back, and whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

If you have an as98.ca account, you can request the return directly in your order history. We recommend creating an account before placing your order.

Wait for our authorization email (your RMA) and pre-paid label. Returns without prior authorization will be refused at the warehouse.

7 | Processing time

Returns are inspected within 5 business days of arrival.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method immediately after inspection; banks/card issuers may take 2–10 days to post the credit.

Exchanges and store-credit codes are released as soon as the return passes inspection.

8 | Store credit essentials

• Credits never expire and remain in your as98.ca account.
• If you check out for less than your credit balance, the remainder stays available.
• Purchases made with store credit that are later returned go back to store credit.

9 | Handcrafted nature & fit

A.S.98 shoes are handcrafted; small variations in color or finish and break-in squeaks are normal, not defects. Try your shoes on a clean surface until you’re sure the fit is right.
