AS98.ca Pre-Order Policy

1. Understanding Pre-Orders

At AS98.ca, we offer pre-orders on select items, allowing you to reserve your pair before it officially arrives. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Estimated Ship Date

Each pre-order product will display an estimated shipping date on its product page. This date is an approximation based on supplier timelines and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. No Cancellations or Refunds

All pre-orders are final sale. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded before the estimated shipping date. By proceeding with your order, you agree that AS98.ca is not responsible for providing refunds due to changes in shipping timelines, order delays, or personal circumstances.

4. Payment & Order Processing

Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. This secures your item and guarantees allocation once inventory becomes available.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse and pass quality inspection. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order is dispatched.

6. Changes to Shipping Dates

While we strive to meet all estimated ship dates, unexpected delays may occur. AS98.ca will update customers via email if there are significant changes to the timeline. Delays do not entitle customers to a cancellation or refund.

7. Exchanges & Store Credit

Once shipped, pre-ordered items are eligible for exchange or store credit in accordance with our return policy. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By placing a pre-order with AS98.ca, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Return Eligibility:

- You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.- If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, you are not eligible for a return or refund.

2. Product Condition:

- The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is returned damaged due to transport or wear, an additional fee will be deducted from the refund.
- It must be returned with the original box or packaging.
- If the product is not returned in the same box, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from the refund. 

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- A.S.98 will cover any additional shipping costs required to return the damaged or defective item.

4. Sizing or Preference Issues:

- If the reason for return is a sizing or preference issue (e.g., doesn't fit or not as expected), any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged per item for returns.5. Final Sale Items:

- Please note that any item that is on sale is FINAL SALE and does not qualify for a refund.- We offer exchanges for any item that is on sale, but the shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by the customer and not the company.

6. Return Authorization:

- To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@as98.ca.
- Please include your order# and your reason for your return/refund request in your original email.
- All returns and refunds must be authorized by A.S.98 before shipping the product back.
- If a product is returned without prior authorization, it will be declined upon arrival at our facility and a refund will not be issued.
