Need another size? Canadian customers receive one free even exchange per order, subject to availability. Full-price and lightly discounted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items discounted 20%–39% qualify for exchange or store credit. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale.

Exchange: Free exchanges are processed within 2 business days of inspection — the fastest way to get a replacement.

Store Credit: Choosing store credit is the fastest way to get your full purchase value back — no waiting on bank processing times. Store credit is processed within 2 business days of inspection. The processing fee is waived — you receive the full item value back.

Refund: If returning for a refund, the prepaid return label cost and a $15 CAD processing fee are deducted. Refunds to your original payment method may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What size should I order?

We offer European sizing, typically EU 36–41 for women and EU 40–46 for men. Size charts are available on each product page. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.
How do I care for A.S.98 leather?

Keep your shoes looking their best by wiping them with a soft damp cloth, conditioning them monthly, and storing them in a cool, dry space.

Avoid exposing them to water or intense sun. If they need deeper care, we recommend a professional cobbler familiar with fine leathers.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders ship free within Canada. Standard delivery takes between five to ten business days depending on your location.
What if I ordered the wrong size?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange due to sizing. Standard return policy applies, including restocking and return shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. A $10 restocking fee applies, and return shipping will be provided by A.S.98 at the customers expense. Final sale items are non-returnable but can be exchanged for another item or store credit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return and make it right.
